• Where are you located?

We are located in Oakland, CA.

• Where do you source your teas?

We source our teas from such places as India, Sri Lanka, China, Japan and Germany. We then work with award winning tea blenders to create delicate and flavorful blends.

• How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $50.00 in the U.S. and Canada. All orders under $50.00 incur a $8.25 shipping charge.

• How long will take to receive my order?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.

• How can I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel or modify your order please contact us via email at bundtsandcrumpetstea@gmail.com as soon as possible to make the neccessary adjustments.

• Brews per serving?

2 oz. of tea may brew between 20-25 8oz cups of tea depending on the amount of loose leaf tea used. Because each tea is unique servings may vary based on the type of tea.

• How long will my tea last?

When properly stored in an air tight canister, your tea can last from 1-2 years.

​

• Can I return my tea if I am not satisfied?

Due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns.
